Pazzo’s Pizzeria in Avon is definitely a special place where locals go to relax, enjoy a beer, and watch pizza lovers attack everything from deep-dish to calzones. I enjoyed a Cabo Specialty Pizza the other night. The Specialty Pizza I devoured consisted of Shrimp, Cilantro, Jalapeno Peppers, Pepperoni, and Roasted Garlic. If you could have smelled this pizza, you would have realized the seriousness of my appetite. I was peer-pressured by a snowboarding legend that this pizza was epic.  I was debating the shrimp, but this good friend of mine said no doubt, hands down, all the flavors come together for a spring break beach party in your mouth.  I thought of how good hot shrimp is by itself, and said, “this is going to be an experience.†Once that shrimp and cilantro hit my palette, I was hooked! It was like I gotta think of how it tasted. It was like you were sitting at the beach in Cabo everytime you took a bite. And to top it off, a Corona Extra with lime to share.
