Copper Mountain also provides its guests with FREE snowcat runs up Tucker Mountain to the top of Copper Mountain. While most resorts charge to shuttle people via snowcat, Copper takes its guests to some of the freshest backcountry terrain the mountain has to offer – for no charge. The Tucker Mountain snowcat always runs on the weekends (Friday – Sunday) and closes at 2 pm. This terrain is not for beginners, but is a must-do activity for anyone who considers themselves an snow sports enthusiast.
